VCA Annual report 2022
Over the last two years, the Voices for Just Climate Action (VCA) Alliance has worked with underrepresented groups and local civil society organisations in Bolivia, Brazil, Indonesia, Kenya, Paraguay, Tunisia and Zambia to amplify their voices for just climate action. Rooted in its Theory of Change, VCA integrated mutual capacity strengthening, amplified voices, and relentless advocacy to align policies and finance with the needs of those most impacted by climate change, fostering locally-led responses and demonstrating resilience amid a rapidly shifting geopolitical landscape.
This report provides an overview of the programme’s progress during the second year of implementation. It describes the results and outcomes achieved so far and reflects on which aspects of the programme are on track and where more attention is needed. This report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the programme’s current position and how we are operationalising our Theory of Change.
