What is VCA?
The Voices for Just Climate Action programme (VCA) is a global alliance that puts power where it belongs – in the hands of the people most affected by the climate crisis.

How we work
VCA believes that the people closest to the problem are best placed to solve it. We work from the ground up, supporting locally led climate solutions that strengthen communities, protect nature and create a fairer future for all.
We achieve this by empowering local leadership with the skills, resources, and decision-making power needed to make climate finance accessible. This enables communities to deliver sustainable solutions, connect diverse movements to share knowledge and amplify their voices, and influence policies to make climate action fair and inclusive.
