This workshop aims to amplify gender and social inclusion practices within VCA projects. By deepening our understanding of the link between gender and climate justice, developing feminist approaches, and facilitating knowledge sharing, we strive to create impactful and inclusive project outcomes.
Why is Gender and Social Inclusion Important?
Gender and social exclusion are critical issues that disproportionately affect marginalised groups, particularly women and children. We need to ensure our initiatives are effective and inclusive by centring their realities and perspectives in our project solutions.
